Start from the BKC, the busiest place in Mumbai city, and cycle towards the new town of Navi Mumbai venturing into the old Mumbai-Pune highway. BKC - SCLR - Mankhurd - Vashi Toll - Palm Beach road - Wahal - JNPT - Shedung - Chowk - Khopoli- return via the same route. Route from Shedung to Khopoli and back is the old Mumbai Pune highway and rolling in nature. 24 hours pay and park available near start/endpoint.
