Mumbai Randonneurs' 7th brevet in the 2014-15 season! 300-km brevet (self-supported, time-bound, endurance ride) - Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai Saturday, 27 Dec.'14 Start (Control Point 1): 0 km Gateway of India (near Taj entrance) 6:00am (reporting time: 5:30am) Control Point 2: 105 km HDFC ATM, near Hotel Ramakrishna, Lonavla Cutoff time: 1:00 pm Control Point 3: 165 km Cafe Coffee Day, Hotel Viva Inn (on the left side), Chandni Chowk, Bangalore Bypass Road, Pune Cutoff time: 5:00 pm Control Point 4: 225 km HDFC ATM, near Hotel Ramakrishna, Lonavla Cutoff time: 9:00 pm End Control Point: 310 km SBI ATM, near Hotel Shubhalaxmi, Shivaji Chowk, Chembur Cutoff time: 2:00 am on Sunday, 28 Dec.'14 Registration Form: Register by filling out the Registration Form, on the AIR website: www.audaxindia.org [Registrations will remain open from 9:00am till 5:00pm on 26 December 2014.] [Late registrations will carry a late fee of Rs 100]. Compulsory: - Helmet - Headlight - Red taillight - Reflective vest - Rider number on front and rear of bike - Debit card / Credit card (for swiping at unmanned control points)... If any of these is missing, you may not be allowed to ride... so before leaving home for the start point, ensure that you have all these with you... During the ride: - Keep your brevet card with YOU at all times (not even with a fellow-rider) - Keep your brevet card and ATM slips safe from damage (from water, sweat etc). Damaged cards or slips may not be accepted, and your entire ride may go waste! After successfully completing the Brevet: To ensure that your results are homologated... - Send an FB message immediately to Anil Uchil, with the finish time (time-stamp on your final ATM slip), and the ATM time-stamps for all the other unmanned control point. Your FB message should reach us within 24 hours after the Brevet ends. - Courier your brevet card and ATM slips immediately to Anil Uchil (B-105, Marathon Cosmos, LBS Marg, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080).
