The route starts at Indian Medical Association, Udupi takes you through the flat sections of NH66 before taking a left turn at Mulky onto the rolling terrains of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts. The route turns left at Moorukaveri Junction, Kinnigoli and then joins Padubidri-Karkala road at Belman. This rolling route continues towards Karkala and then onto Seethanadhi where it turns left towards Hebri. This section is the most beautiful one at the foothills of Western Ghats where one gets a glimpse of Agumbe Ghat. After Hebri, it passes through the less vehicular section before touching Agumbe-Kundapur state highway and then continuing towards Ampar where it turns Left to continue and join NH66 at Basrur Moorukai, Kundapur. As the sun sets on the west-coast, the riders continue on the flats of NH66 to finish at Udupi.
