If you want to explore the whole of MALENADU, dont look farther. This 300km BRM would take you through the rolling terrains of Chickmagaluru and Shimoga districts of Karnataka. Starting at Town Canteen, Chickmagaluru, the route passes through coffee estates to reach Balehonnur and further goes to Koppa. Then passing through the birthplace of renowned personality "Rashtrakavi Kuvempu" at Kuppalli to reach Theerthalli. Then continuing on Theerthalli-Shimoga Road, one passes through Mandagadde Bird Sanctuary before turning back at Sakrebyle Elephant Camp to come to NR Pura, the town named after Narasimharaja Wodeyar. After coming back to Balehonnur one climbs 8kms to reach Aldur and then rolling onto the finish at Town Canteen, Chickmagaluru
